Agent

CRE Loan Originator

The primary function of this commercial mortgage banker position is to originate commercial mortgage loans and become familiar with the commercial mortgage banking operations and procedures by performing assigned duties, responsibilities, and projects through out the commercial lending process.

Essential Functions:

  • Responds to loan request made by potential clients who are seeking to finance commercial real estate.

  • Prospects new clients by soliciting clients in our database, following up on   marketing efforts, calling on business owners and commercial real estate investors.

  • Must be familiar with commercial real estate property types and loan types.

  • Works with immediate supervisor to develop the ability to analyze and process commercial mortgage loans applications.

  • Learn lending platforms of investment banking, insurance, commercial banking institutions and private lenders.

  • Learn to manage loan process, interface with underwriters, collect and report requested information to management and underwriters as requested.

  • Undergoes a performance review quarterly based on comments from managers.

  • Participates in trainee development programs.

  • Work with CRM technology to manage clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum five years experience in sales or loan underwriting.

CRE Jr Analyst

The primary function of this junior analyst position is to become familiar with the commercial mortgage banking operations and procedures by performing assigned duties, responsibilities, and projects throughout the commercial lending process.

Essential Functions:

  • Works with immediate supervisor to develop the ability to analyze and process commercial mortgage loan applications.

  • Learn lending platforms of investment banking, insurance, commercial banking institutions and private lenders.

  • Package loan request for review by capital partners.

  • Develop the ability to match loan applications to the appropriate lending platform.

  • Learn to manage loan process, interface with underwriters, collect and report requested information to management and underwriters as requested.

  • Develop the ability to answer questions of applicants.

  • Undergoes a performance review semi-annually based on comments from managers.

  • Participates in trainee development programs.

  • Applicant understands that TJ Dream Maker is a small business and that he or she may be asked to perform tasks outside of their primary job scope.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum five years experience in sales or loan underwriting.

Intern

A TJ Dream Maker Sales Support Intern’s number one objective is to thoroughly review raw data and transform it into accurate, focused prospect lists that align with our marketing strategy. Additionally, the Intern uses researched data to identify immediate and curate business opportunities with the individuals/organizations by communicating PRC’s value to their business.

Core Competencies:

  • Develops a fundamental understanding of commercial real estate finance

  • Collects, securely stores, and organizes marketing information in accordance with company policies.

  • Effectively communicates loan options available to prospects based on their (1) property asset (2) asset strategy in oral and written form

  • Summarizes prospect communications and clearly communicates proposed terms with a PRC originator and/or analyst

  • Ensures completed marketing lists are free of grammatical and punctation errors
